The Sunken Garden, Grant Park, Forres

The Sunken Garden lies in the excavated site of Forres House, the public library which burned down in the 1960s. The Grant Park was gifted to the town by Sir Alexander Grant, and, with its traditional gardens and floral sculptures, forms the centrepiece of the Forres entries in the "Britain/Scotland in Bloom" competitions.
